START THE NEW YEAR OFF WITH A UNIQUE ONLINE LEARNING EXPERIENCE!

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

God is on the loose and at work right now in the organization you care about and in your community. So how come so many church and faith-based leaders feel like the life is being sucked out of them?? This ONLINE WORKSHOP will teach you how to help your congregation or faith-based organization shake off The Great Excuse of “if-only” thinking so that you can more joyfully and more consistently do what matters to God. Participants in our "Treasure in Clay Jars" workshop were introduced to the PAWN Process. This online experience will go deeper. You will learn the emergent principles behind the PAWN Process and how to use it in your unique context. This organic, emergent process strategy is a simple but life-changing way of:

  • Seeing what God is up to in every situation so that you (and your organization/congregation) can:
    • Name it when you see it;
    • Quickly jump in to help;
  • Listening together for God’s direction through scripture, the things you hear from your neighbors, and the things you say to each other;
  • Discovering all of the possibilities that emerge at the place where your assets, needs and passions converge with those of your neighbors’;
  • Creating an umbrella strategy (i.e., purpose, principles, and strategic directions ) for your ministry.

Participants also receive a free copy of Seeing With New Eyes: The PAWN Process for Faith-Based Groups (A Renewal Enterprise, ARE Books, 2009).
